💡 Did you know...? 💡

You probably already know that eggs have a pointy side and a blunt side. But did you know that it is best to store eggs with the pointy side down? Keeping the blunt end up helps keep the air cell (on the blunt end) from moving and spreading bacteria to the yolk. This in turn helps your eggs stay fresh for longer! 🥚

🥳 New Growth Farm is TWO! 🥳

We are beyond grateful for these last two years for so many reasons.
🧍🏻‍♀️We've met so many kind and supportive people in the community. You can't beat small town support!!
💡We have learned more than we could have imagined. Even if some of it was learned the hard way, we are grateful for the knowledge.
🩵 Our boys have gained so much compassion for animals and nature. They love getting their hands dirty and helping!
📜 The list goes on, but I don't want to turn this post into a book!

THANK YOU for sticking with us through bumps in the road and celebrating with us through the good times! We appreciate you all! ❤️

Good news!!

Our farm fresh eggs are now $3/dozen!
We are excited to say that we are able to lower our egg price due to increased production!

🥚 Egg stand update 🥚

We are so fortunate to have lots of eggs being laid each day! Now, we have 2 ways you can bring our fresh eggs home with you!

· Order your eggs by texting/messaging us with how many dozen you'd like. These eggs will be reserved specifically for you and placed in the egg stand for pick up at your convenience.

OR

· Eggs that have not been reserved, will be sold first come first serve in our egg stand. Stop out anytime to grab yours, self-serve style.

💡Did You Know...? 💡

Hens can lay eggs with TWO yolks in one shell! These double yolk eggs are an impressive size compared to a normal large egg. They are so large, they don't even allow an egg carton to close properly. While double yolk eggs aren't very common for an average hen, chickens that have just started their egg laying journey are more likely to lay these giant eggs. We got 4 double yolkers today from our young girls!
