OKAY, now that we’ve had a week to process … 😮💨✨
Seeing Black Cap on Debby Ryan’s Last Meal episode on Mythical Kitchen, alongside some of our favorite Columbus restaurants and foods, is something we’re still a little star-shocked by
Not just because of the reach (which is, admittedly, totally wild), but because of what that table represents.
Food tells a story about place — from the people who care deeply about what they’re making, to a city with a food culture worth talking about. THIS is the kind of meal that gives strangers something to connect over.
We’ve heard from so many people this week who were genuinely STOKED to see Columbus represented on a platform like this, and having people feel that excitement with us has honestly been one of the best parts.
We’re so grateful to Debby for choosing Black Cap, and to Josh and the Mythical Kitchen team for giving us a seat at the table.
And lastly, we’re SO stoked to see Black Cap making its way onto so many new tables because of this episode — and even more grateful for our loyal hometown heroes who have been making this sauce gig possible from the beginning.
