Today marks our 5-year anniversary in business. It all started with a vision to build a remarkable family brand honoring our parents, Phyllis Ann and Willie Roy Carter, followed by unwavering commitment day by day, year by year, to show up despite the challenges we faced.
The support from our loyal customers has brought us here, and we have always recognized that as a part of our success. Making customers feel like family comes naturally to us. When you walk into Phyllis Ann’s at Polaris, you experience something special and leave with something that enhances your meals for everyday and special occasions.
We want to say thank you to everyone who has supported our business. We hear so many stories from our customers about how our products changed the way their food tastes, or how now everyone loves their cooking. That is why we do what we do by making cooking and baking easier and more convenient.
We never forget where we come from or where we are now. Our journey began with our Grand Opening at Eastland Mall in Columbus, Ohio on July 31, 2021, where we introduced our products to the community and shared samples that quickly became favorites. After six months of connecting with customers and building relationships, we moved our business to Polaris Fashion Place Mall, which allowed us to reach even more people and continue growing our brand.
Five years later, we stand proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for every customer who has been part of our story and committed to continuing our legacy and expanding our brand around the globe, just as we first envisioned.
