A little bit different of a post but a lot of you have seen my journey. Also wanted to give a shout out to a local veteran owned company! So here we go:

Today I’m celebrating a milestone that once felt impossibleβ€”I’ve officially lost 60 pounds.

This journey has been about so much more than a number on the scale. It’s been about showing up, staying consistent, and believing that small steps every day can lead to big changes.

I couldn’t have done this without the incredible support from everyone at the Richmond Athletic Club. From day one, I was welcomed with kindness, encouragement, and genuine support. What started as a gym has become a second family, and I’m so grateful for every person who’s cheered me on along the way.

A special thank you to my trainer, Robert Kaminski. Your knowledge, patience, and encouragement have challenged me to push beyond what I thought I was capable of. Every workout, every goal, and every bit of progress has been built through the hard work we’ve put in together, and I truly appreciate everything you’ve done to help me get to this point. If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about your success, Rob is currently accepting new clients, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where I’m headed. Here’s to continuing the journey, setting new goals, and becoming the healthiest version of myself.
