Tomorrow is our last market of the year! Yes, you read that right.. we won’t be at the summer market, so stock up on homegrown lamb tomorrow morning! We will also be taking orders for pelts and whole/half lamb boxes to be ready this fall. Find us tomorrow to let us know that you’re interested or send us a dm.

If you are making Drumlin Field Farm lamb for your Easter dinner this weekend, consider using our favorite marinade recipe!

1/2 C Honey
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Brown Mustard
3 T Minced Garlic
2 T Fresh Rosemary
1 T Olive Oil
1 T Black Pepper
1 t Dried Thyme
1 Leg of Lamb (Boneless or Bone-In)

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until well blended. Put thawed Leg of Lamb in a large ziploc bag. Pour the warm marinade over and coat the meat. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove 30 minutes before cooking. Place lamb on roasting rack for 20 minutes in 450 oven and then lower to 350 until internal temp of lamb is about 120-130 degrees. Remove meat, cover with foil and let rest for 20 minutes before slicing to serve.
