Hi there! It's about time that I reintroduce myself. My name is Maya and I'm the person behind these gorgeous cakes. I'm a stay at home mom to an awesome (but wild) 2 year old. I do most of my baking and work during the night after the house is asleep (hence all the late night emails, sorry guys!) 👩🏽‍🍳✨

I have some incredibly exciting news to share! I’ve been working hard behind the scenes, and The Pastry Bar is officially getting a new digital home. My brand-new completely redesigned website is launching in exactly one week on May 8th! 💻🎂

To celebrate the launch, I thought it was the perfect time to shake things up and add some decadent new options to my menu. Whether you’re looking for something classic or a bit more adventurous, I’ve got you covered! 😉

Starting May 8th, you can look forward to these new flavors:

- Gluten-friendly Vanilla Cake (Because everyone deserves a slice!)
