Most people think all stress is bad.

But the truth is, too little stress can leave us feeling bored, unmotivated, and stuck, while too much stress can leave us overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted.

The goal isn’t to eliminate stress completely... it’s to find the middle ground.

✨ Challenged, but not overwhelmed.
✨ Growing, but not burning out.
✨ Busy, but still making time to recharge.
