We’re setting the table for a spooky edition of Stunna’s Supper Club, and this month Ben Wever, Site Administrator for the Miller House and Garden, is taking over the night!

Happy Wellness Wednesday!

Sometimes the biggest change we can make for our wellness has nothing to do with what we’re eating or how much we’re moving.

It’s how we talk to ourselves.

We can be so quick to criticize ourselves for what we haven’t done, the progress we haven’t made, or the habits we haven’t mastered.

But what if we gave ourselves a little more grace?

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to be perfect. And you definitely don’t have to wait until Monday to make a positive change.

Small shifts in how we think can make a big difference in how we approach taking care of ourselves.
