We've been busy, but consider it all blessings! We completed some peanut butter orders, vacuum sealed mixed herbs from our garden for a future spaghetti night, made orange mint (from our garden) infused water sweetened with local honey, and… cooked an almost 5lb roast from Bud Bell at The Farm At Bell Branch! Man, oh man, is it yummy! 😋

We steer clear of grocery store meat for many reasons and we're so thankful to have local beef farmers who price their products fair & take the best care of their animals!! Check them out! 👏

Also, you can still snag some homemade peanut butter from Jennifer Felan at The Everlasting Loaf, along with LOTS of other baked goodies! Tell her "Lee Lee" sent you! 😘

Our favorite part might just be the corn popping up in rows! 🌽 We’ve got some thinning to do, but mercy… we are tickled watching it shoot up almost overnight.

Not pictured is my mint — oops! It’s too early and I haven’t had a single drop of coffee or Prozac yet. 😂

Also missing are my cucumbers and pole beans… they made me mad, so I plucked them up and started fresh with seeds!

If you look closely at that long, narrow row full of tiny green sprouts… that’s wildflowers! I’ve got three full beds of them and I am beyond excited to watch them bloom.

Lord, thank You for the knowledge, strength, ability, and desire to grow our own garden. Thank You for surrounding me with people who so generously pour their wisdom into me. And above all, thank You for the price You paid on the cross. 💛
