Store walkabout:

Did you know Aveneu has its own body care products?

Working with ILERA Apothecary, we formulated our own products to give our customers a unique experience and experiment with what it would look like for AVENEU to have our own CPG products.

They’re flying off the shelf at the moment, and the case study is still ongoing as to when product differentiation and brand affinity align on an economic metric.

Store walkabout:

Managing inventory can be difficult.

In the month of June, my student interns from Columbus State Community College created a custom recipe maker in-store with the goal of helping customers create a meal from scratch.

On the front end, the customer is helped with making a purchase decision.

From a business perspective, I have the ability to influence customer buying patterns and get items off the shelf by pairing them together.

We’re a small store, so I have to be vigilant about spoilage.

The app is a simple Python script linked to a ChatGPT Community prompt with added exclusions.

The goal is to get people to buy food at a budget that works for them, teach them how to cook, and help with inventory predictions.
