Finally! I wrote another chocolate review. I wish I had an excuse for the time lapse, but I don't. Well, not a good one anyway. Go to www.chocolatemoxie.com for my review of Luisa Abram's 70% Rio Purus bar. I was so glad when I finally got to this bar for my review! You can't see the drool marks on the packaging, but there are some on the back. Trust me.

Just posted my review at www.chocolatemoxie.com Mestico Chocolates is a Brazilian company that's exclusively made with cacao beans from Rogerio and Claudia's cacao farm in Itacare, Brazil. For this bar, they infuse their cacao with honey during the fermentation process.
