Thank you to everyone who came out for the Columbus Area Fall Farm Hop last Sunday. We loved welcoming so many of you to the farm, showing you how we care for our cows and giving you a behind-the-scenes look at where our butter begins.

And congratulations to Lisa Z., winner of our Royal Guernsey Butter Box!

If you didn’t get enough butter last weekend, the Butter Barn is open Sundays from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

I mean…what else are you going to do tomorrow?

We’ve been getting the farm ready for the Columbus Area Fall Farm Hop, and Jolie has apparently found someone who is just as excited about butter as we are!

Come out tomorrow and:
- See our cows and calves
- Watch our robotic milking and feeding systems
- Sample our farmstead butter
- Visit the Butter Barn

A whole festival dedicated to Wisconsin cheese? We figured somebody better bring the butter.

We’re heading to Madison this Saturday for the Cheese Fair off the Square!

Come find Royal Guernsey Creamery, sample our award-winning butter and take some home with you. We’ll be joining some incredible Wisconsin dairy makers right in the heart of downtown Madison.

Want to show your family where their food really comes from?

On Sunday, Sept. 27, Royal Guernsey Creamery is opening our working dairy for free farm tours as part of the Columbus Area Fall Farm Hop.

The self-guided Fall Farm Hop includes four local stops—an apple orchard, a beef farm, a dairy farm and a creamery—each offering its own experience. Visit any or all four, in any order and at your own pace.

At Royal Guernsey, you can:
- See robotic milking, feeding, barn cleaning and feed pushing in action.
- Meet the cows behind our butter and sample all six flavors of award-winning farmstead butter made from our own cows’ cream.
- Participate in a scavenger hunt, shop the Butter Barn and grab a treat from Craveable Cupcakes.

No reservations required. Family friendly.

We're so excited to have the cousins spending time together this summer at the farm and creamery. They were busy today packing butter orders, getting ready for the farmer's market this weekend and working on 4-H projects for the fair. We're getting all the work out of them that we can; next week, they're off to 4-H camp.

Happy Father's Day from our family farm to yours.

Fathers play a big role on dairy farms. They're often the first ones up, the last ones done, and the people teaching the next generation along the way.

This photo of Ed and Jolie is a favorite from years ago and a reminder that while a lot changes over time, some things don't.

We hope all the dads, grandpas, and father figures have a wonderful Father's Day.

The Butter Barn will be open Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. if you're looking for something special for the grill. Signature Butter on a steak is hard to beat.
