Bleu & Fig is a boutique catering and event company seeking reliable, hospitality-driven front of house event staff for ongoing part-time roles. We’re a tight-knit team that takes pride in creating beautiful, seamless events while still keeping things fun along the way.

This role is ideal for individuals with prior serving or event experience who are professional, dependable, and genuinely enjoy taking care of guests.

Our team works both on-site at our event space in Clintonville and off-site throughout Columbus and surrounding areas, so flexibility and a positive, team-oriented attitude are key. Scheduling is flexible, with shifts typically posted about one month in advance, along with occasional last-minute event opportunities.

We offer above-industry pay along with a tip share.

If you’re professional, dependable, and enjoy creating great guest experiences (and like working with a team that doesn’t take itself too seriously), we’d love to connect! Email your resume to [email protected].
