🍏Easton Sauvignon Blanc: These high-elevation vineyards in the Sierra Foothills produce fruit with a concentration and energy that rivals more expensive valley floor estates. This vintage focuses on notes of citrus and tropical fruit, featuring lime zest and green apple.

🍇Christophe Patrice Irancy (2022) Pinot Noir:
Irancy is a historic, amphitheater-shaped valley in Northern Burgundy, a small enclave of red grapes in a predominantly white grape area. This Pinot Noir is a sophisticated choice for any wine lover, with notes of cherry and spice, offering the soul and pedigree of Burgundy without the famous price tag.

🍾Saint-Hilaire (NV) Crémant de Limoux: If you've shopped here before, you know how much we adore this classic sparkling wine. While perfect for mimosas, it also stands well on its own, creamy and zippy with notes of pear and toasted bread. (Fun fact- the monks at the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire were crafting bubbles in 1531, over a century before Dom Pérignon👀)
