🍎 Did You Know?? 🍏October is National Apple Month! 🍎This is the peak season for apples...so let's look at some Apple Facts:
🍏Apples are the most consumed fruit in the United States!
🍎They are a member of the ROSE family!
🍏There are approximately 2,500 apple varieties in the United States.
🍎The original apple is thought to have grown in Europe and Southwest Asia.
🍏Apples are a super healthy food that helps everything from heart health to Bone health.
🍎They're a great tool for weight loss, which I can attest to.
🍏Eating an apple when you're hungry can fill you up, plus it's low in caloric density.
🍎Thanks to chroniclesinhealth.com for all the great info!
