Verde Farm Welcome to Verde Farm in Mill Spring, NC. We breed Kunekune pigs & raise miniature donkeys. We have a few other critters too.

Like Mr Douglas and Lisa, we jumped into farming blindly and the journey has been full of surprises but so rewarding. Here at Verde Farm we raise and breed Kunekune pigs to sell for breeding programs and pets. We have a mix of farm animals from horses to goats. We enjoy sharing our farm, animals, barns, family and love of gardening and home. We share a little bit of everything and hope you enjoy it.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Burlington Gardens in Hendersonville, a place I somehow had never heard of before. What an incredible surprise.

It is truly magical. Around every corner is another little treasure, another beautiful detail, another reason to stop and take it all in. Photos really don’t do it justice. It’s one of those special places you simply have to experience for yourself.
