Wait... hummus without oil?! 🧆

That's exactly what Food Fort member ZO Hummus is doing.

Zo Hummus creates zero-oil hummus in more than 15 unique flavors, from classics like Lemon Garlic and Roasted Red Pepper to creative favorites like Dill Pickle, Chocolate, Maple Pumpkin Spice, and Apple Pie.

From healthcare campuses to community events, Beans & Things Coffee is bringing great coffee directly to the people of Central Ohio. ☕

One of the things that makes this Food Fort member unique is that they're not waiting for customers to come to them. Instead, owner Kayla Williamson takes her mobile coffee trailer wherever coffee is needed most.

Serving handcrafted espresso drinks, specialty lattes, cold brew, smoothies, pastries, and more, Beans & Things Coffee creates a welcoming experience wherever it parks.

For Onigiri Musume, that's sharing authentic Japanese onigiri with communities across Central Ohio.

Founded by a mother and two daughters, Onigiri Musume combines family recipes, culture, and entrepreneurship into a business that has introduced many local customers to onigiri for the very first time.
