Honey Orange Olive Oil Granola

Ingredients
* 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
* ⅓ cup orange-infused olive oil
* ⅓ cup honey
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* ¼ teaspoon salt
* ½ cup sliced almonds (optional)
(Feel free to add what you like.Raisins, cranberries, pumpkin seeds etc. it’s hard to mess it up)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Whisk together the orange olive oil, honey, and vanilla.
3. Stir in the oats, salt, and almonds until evenly coated.
4. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until lightly golden.
5. Let cool completely before breaking into clusters. The granola will crisp up as it cools.

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
