We are a Gluten-Free Bakery specializing in breads, baked goods and sweets made in small batches in a dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen using all natural ingredients-no gluten, no preservatives, no additives, no bad stuff-ever. We are also an Ohio Proud company. We use organic ingredients, when possible
. All our tree nuts, seeds and peanut butter are organic. We us free-range eggs from hens raised by Amish and Mennonite communities in Ashland, Ohio that are fed an all-vegetarian diet and allowed to peck and roam all day long. We use grass fed, chemical pesticides, herbicides and artificial growth hormone free Butter from Hartzler Family Dairy, in Wooster OH. You are going to love our breads and you won't believe they are gluten-free!!! We strive to keep our work place, community and planet as clean and green as possible so we also recycle, reuse and re-purpose the majority of the boxes, packaging, paper and containers that we collect on a daily basis. All our cardboard egg flats and crates are returned to our egg farmer for reuse. Any surplus bread or cookies is donated to local food shelters. While we do not have a retail store front, all are welcome to come in 'the back door' to see what we might have available on the shelves. Our hours vary greatly according to our production schedule.
