StudioCaffeine Jeff here, I finally had the chance to check out the Purdy Good food truck today in Lithopolis. I saw a post that they've switched up their menu to BBQ starting today and stopped by to try them out. The menu looks really good. New items like brisket, ribs, smoked pork Belly burnt ends (wait, what?) , with a nice selection of sides including tex-mex mac-n-cheese, vaquero baked beans, and street corn. I believe the sides are from the normal menu.

Obviously, I got the pork Belly burnt ends sammie with a side of vaquero baked beans. The sandwich was stacked with a large serving of burnt ends with my choice of BBQ sauce. The vaquero baked beans had a mix of baked and black beans, peppers, and chicken. This was supposed to be dinner tonight but I couldn't wait. Both items were legit. Think Texas pit BBQ with a Mexican flare. I'll definitely be back.
