🍃 Sai Ua Salami – Inspired by Northern Thailand's iconic sausage, this salami features aromatic lemongrass, red curry, kaffir lime leaf, turmeric, garlic, and warming spices, creating a bright, complex flavor profile unlike anything else in the salami case.
🍷 Wagyu Beef Bourguignon Salami – Rich, rustic, and deeply savory, this salami combines Wagyu beef, smoky beef bacon, bold red wine, mushrooms, garlic, and thyme to deliver a dark, slow-cooked flavor profile with unmistakable Wagyu decadence.
