We’re excited to introduce the next chapter of our family’s journey:

Fat Arnie’s Provecho
📍 20 S State St, Westerville, OH 43081

“Provecho” is a word you’ll hear often around the dinner table in many Latin American households. It means bon appétit, but it’s more than that. It’s a way of wishing someone enjoyment of their meal, good company, and a moment shared around food.

That’s exactly what we hope to create at Fat Arnie’s Provecho.

First things first: Fat Arnie’s Sandwich Shop isn’t going anywhere. We’ll still be serving the sandwiches you know and love, along with the staples and rotating specials that have always been part of what we do.

At the same time, Fat Arnie’s Provecho will be its own restaurant with a different menu and its own identity. The one thing you’ll find at both locations? Empanadas. Like everything we’ve done from the beginning, the menu at Provecho will continue to change, evolve, and grow over time.

Fat Arnie’s Provecho will be a takeout and delivery focused restaurant, making it easy to enjoy our food wherever you’re gathering, whether that’s around your own dinner table, at the office, or on the go.

What won’t change is who we are. We’re still a family-run business built around good food, hard work, and bringing people together through a shared meal.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Fat Arnie’s Sandwich Shop and helped make this next step possible. We can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on.
