We are looking for a Baker to assist with the preparation of different types of bread. Baker responsibilities include mixing and shaping dough, assist with prep work, packing bread for wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

Clean kitchen equipment and tools before and after use
Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
Mixing different types of bread doughs by hand and by industrial mixer
Assist with shaping and prepping different bread types, like focaccia, ciabatta, sourdough, etc.

Skills

Experience as a Baker preferred, but not required
Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment and practices
Understanding of food safety practices
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in early morning shifts and weekends
