Yesterday's food. I'm feeling good for getting the processed stuff out of my system and eating more yummy to me food. Every meal is a challenge to myself to do better.
I am glad I'm back up to speed on my chores and movement. I get to go to the gym today and I'm so excited!! I never thought I'd be excited to go to the gym lol Progress!!
