Tonight on The Layze E Ranch... we are so glad to home. We have missed being here on the Ranch. Last Wednesday Kevin's mother was placed on hospice and by Saturday night we decided the drive back and forth to Wichita Falls was too much, so we decided to get a room and spend as much time as would could with her. On Tuesday morning around 11 am my beautiful mother in law went peacefully home to be with our lord. Although our week has been long, we rejoice that she no longer suffering. We couldn't have made it through the week without our daughter Joy who came and cared for our Director of Operations and loved on our animals. Please keep us in your prayers as we grieve and lay her to rest at the end of the week.

Tonight on The Layze E Ranch.... I am so excited I cant wait any longer! Meet Mr. Layze (the brown calf) and Mr. E (the black calf)! They are approx 7-10 days old and require bottle feedings twice a day! We are in love! Not the Longhorn I wanted but a great birthday present!
