Fluffy Homemade Pancakes 🥞

Soft • Thick • Golden • Classic Breakfast

These fluffy homemade pancakes are light, soft, and perfectly golden with a tender center. A simple breakfast recipe made with pantry staples that the whole family will love.

Ingredients (Makes 10–12 Pancakes)
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 large eggs
1Âľ cups milk
ÂĽ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. Prepare Wet Mixture

In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.

3. Combine Batter

Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix; small lumps help create fluffy pancakes.

4. Cook Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface.

Pour about ÂĽ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.

5. Serve

Serve warm with maple syrup, fresh berries, butter, or your favorite toppings.

I used olive oil to coat the molds. Cracked an egg in the mold. Baked on 350° (375°convection) for 17 minutes. Less time if u want a runny yolk. Sprinkled salt and pepper.
