Perfect Fall day to drive to Ponca, enjoy some of the best leaf color in the Ozarks, and come to the Ponca Farmers Market for something good to eat or a useful handmade item. This might be the last call of the season for tomatoes, okra, peppers, greens, green beans, and other local veggies. There will be pies, zucchini bread, pumpkin bread, herbal remedies, cookies, lavender, jams and jellies, pickles and relishes, apple butter, salsas, candies, fun to wear clothing, wood kitchen items, and much more.

WOW! 👻 An extremely rare white Monarch butterfly has been spotted in Kansas City, Missouri, this month.

The Missouri Department of Conservation says this rare specimen is most often seen on the Hawai'ian island of Oahu, but was found over 4,000 miles away.
