Who doesn’t love a homemade pickle!? Well, now’s your time! We have a plentiful crop of pickling cukes available right now, so this weekend only - starting tomorrow Thursday, June 11 through Saturday, June 13 - we’re offering a special price! $18 for a half bushel box (that’s about 15-18 lbs). This price is available at the farm stand only! Come on out to 1000 Shelton Road, Concord to pick up your box!

Did you get peaches from us this past weekend? If so, you may have had a “split pit”. This is caused by the peach getting so cold at a certain stage in development, but thankfully it doesn’t affect the flavor of the peach at all!

The whole family gets involved when Cody has a summer project for school!

Cody (along with help from Dad and Pa) hosted a few of his teachers for a tour of the farm this week. While we don’t typically do tours, this was a unique opportunity to participate in a special project for Cody!

It’s that time of year… the start of peach season! While peaches are just now available on our farm stand tables, we’ve been working with these trees for many months! We prune in late winter, then thin fruit in spring, which Brent shares more about here! It’s only after months of careful planing, work, and patience that we get to pick a full grown peach!
