We're spotlighting our Kiva client, Cali Arepa, a takeout and catering eatery serving authentic Colombian street food.

REDC assisted Cali Arepa with their Kiva loan application in 2024. Previously working from a tent at events, Cali Arepa used the funding from this Kiva loan to assist with the purchase of a food trailer. This helped take their business to the next level by providing convenient and efficient equipment set up, as well as the ability to attend more events regardless of weather conditions. Check out the offerings of Cali Arepa at www.caliarepa.com.

Kiva is a crowd-funding lending platform that connects online lenders to entrepreneurs and REDC is the Kiva Hub for New Hampshire. We're here to assist business owners with the Kiva process and also provide free business advising that is crucial for strengthening small businesses. DID YOU KNOW? 🇨🇴

* 🌽 Arepas are made primarily from corn “Naturally Gluten Free”
* 🔥 They are traditionally cooked on a griddle or grill.
* 🧀 Colombians enjoy them with cheese, butter, eggs, meats, and many other ingredients.
* ☕ They can be eaten at breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as a snack.
* 🏘️You can find them everywhere around the city and the best ones are from street vendors, freshly made for you
* ❤️ For many families, arepas are connected to home and tradition.

❤️ A NEW CHAPTER FOR CALI AREPA 🇨🇴🫓

Three years!

Three years of hard work, long days, early mornings, late nights, challenges, learning, and so many moments that made us wonder if we could keep going.

But we did. ❤️

What started as a small dream has grown because of the support of every customer who stopped by our trailer, tried an arepa, came back for another, told a friend, shared a post, or simply said, “This is delicious!”

Now, after three years, we’re excited to give Cali Arepa a new look. 🚐✨

Our trailer will look different. Our logo is changing. You’ll see new images and a fresh new style that represents where we are today and where we hope to go tomorrow.

But one thing will never change…

🫓 Our authentic Colombian arepas.
❤️ The love we put into our food.
🇨🇴 The Colombian flavors and traditions we’re proud to share.
🤍 And the appreciation we have for our community.

New look. New chapter. Same Cali Arepa

This would not have been possible without the help of wonderful individuals and great companies!
Special thanks to :
❤️ Tilton Signworks for their professionalism, production and Installation.
❤️My friend and excellent photographer Melissa Kizoglu for the wonderful photo sessions.
❤️and New Hampshah's Mini Donuts for all the tips and referral.

Thank you for being part of our journey over the past three years and for continuing to support a local business in this challenging and competitive food industry. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you, and we’re excited for what’s ahead. We can’t wait to see you again at one of our upcoming pop-ups! 🇨🇴❤️🫓

There’s nothing better than seeing you stop by our trailer, try our food for the first time… and then come back to tell us, “That was delicious!” 🥹❤️

Those moments mean so much to us. Thank you to everyone who has stopped by, given us a try, and supported our small business at the fair!

We’re so happy to share a little taste of Cali with you! 🇨🇴🫓✨
