I know what you are thinking-you are thinking I am making a BLT. That would be close. I am making a BL CPT: Bacon, Lettuce & Cherokee Purple Tomato sandwich. Fresh from The Garden.
If you feel brave add a little slice of Ann's hot peppers, add a Corn-on-the-cob, some Cheese Its (a Garden tradition) and you are close to perfection. All you need is a piece of Debbie's homemade cheesecake and It just don't get no better than that!

If you have been looking for a garden that grows purple hull pink eye peas, we have some. Ann picked one row late yesterday afternoon and got about a bushel of them! There are three rows waiting for you to come pick some! Easy to pick! If the pods are purple, they are just right. Come on over in the next few days as this hot weather will cause them to dry out quick. See you at The Garden at Christenbury Farm . We have some of the best corn too! Already on the second patch.
