Wow 2010! 8 years ago we made the original base beer for Irish Cream Stout. Need to brew it again. This was also the 17th brew from Five Gallon. Happy St Patrick's Day!

Has anyone seen this brew this year? I went to several places in NH (8 total). But no one has it or has ever heard of this.

Friday Dec 28th - I was a little wary on this one. But after the first sip I have to say "well done Sam Adams". Merry Mischief by Samuel Adams. Its a Gingerbread Stout and is everything a Christmas Stout should be. :) It reminds me a little of the 2012 Five Gallon’s Christmas Stout. It's worth a try if you are looking for a good Christmas Stout.

Latest colab brew with J•BREW (working title) is on tap now. So good! Cloudy New Englandish style IPA with lots of juicy flavor. Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, goodness. Pullman Strike IPA.

Tried our new collaboration brew tonight and it was a great success. It's called Orange Crush. Just like the name says, lots of citrus flavor and lower alcohol to be very crushable. Great stuff and probably top 5 beers I've made / teamed on. (Along with Durka Derka Dark, After School Special, Irish Cream Stout, & The F-Bomb.) Hope to brew again soon as J•BREW (working title)

It been a while since I have last posted. And even long since I've brewed. :) Tonight I decided to do a quick brew. First idea was to use a simple kit and just change out some of the ingredients (pretty standard thing). Then started thinking what if I split the kit. One original and one super hopped (citra, galaxy, mosaic). Then I thought, what if I split those and do one with US-05 and one with Wyeast yeast. Anyways, in a month we'll do a sampling to compare the 4 variations on the same base beer. Stay tuned.
