We hosted our first ever last minute "Wedding Reception" this past Saturday for a couple that where victims of the Napa Firestorm due to fact there venue sustained major damage and couldn't hold the event there any longer.
Looks like they had a good time and "dressed up" the brewery very nice I must say.!
On the day before we had Sonoma Springs Brewing Co drop off some beer for and order they couldn't process due the circumstances up there area.!
Just doing what we can, after all "one team one dream" right. Always glad to help another out.

These Schnozzberries taste like Schnozzberries..!.
Introducing "Schnozzberry American Wheat Ale".
Brewed with over 30% Wheat Malt in the grist and lightly hopped w/Mosaic.
Fresh Blueberries and Strawberries added to the fermenter for essence.
Coming in @ 5.5% abv, a nice dry refreshing brew perfect for this last bit of summer heat.
Come on down have a pint, say Hi to Kyle and enjoy some Thursday night football. C ya in the taproom.!

Happy Monday All, hope it wasn't to bad on ya.!
If it was or wasn't a good Monday we got something for ya.!
On the right, we have our newest offering from the Delta Funk IPA Series, same Malt bill and abv every time but the hops dramatically change. This specific one is "New England style" hopped with a ridiculous amount of Azzaca and Dr. Rudi hops, nice lemon grass, pine and orchard fruit comn' through on this one. 7.0% abv
On the left, Silo Sesh Single Hop Pale Ale, Equinox is the choice here. Since we love the Equinox hop so much we let it do its thing in this one solely. 5.7% abv.
If ya don't know what a "Silo Sesh" is come on down to the taproom and Gerry /Kyle will give ya the low down. Haha.
So don't sit in Hwy 4 traffic stop in the taproom for a cool one and some Monday night football.!

Well as some of you know and some may not, every First Thursday of the month we bust open a fresh Firkin full of some craziness..!.
Well due to the ridiculous heat wave last week and before, Mother Nature got or Firkin, it exploded and went down the drain... Boooooo.! Right..? It was gonna be killer..!.
So in lieu of a Firkin we will be tapping our very last keg of our first Sour Beer, dubbed Maiden Voyage.! I've been hanging on to this for a while.!. And it's time... to bust it out. Why not, right.
Belgian Dubbel aged in Syrah barrels with blackberries and cherries. And of course the "critters"..
Hope to see ya down here to enjoy the very last keg with us..!

Well, it was a Good Friday for me today. Got to hang w/my favorite girl today and do what I love to do.!.
She's still in training, but we may have our next "Pink Boots" brew girl pretty soon.
Today she learned how to CIP the kettle, Heat Exchanger and Mash Tun.! And she fell asleep within 5 minutes on our way home.!
Today was a GOOD DAY.!
