What’s good y’all?!? I’ve cooked up an EXTRA SPECIAL Treat for the weekend! In addition to smokin’ a bunch of St Louis Bbq ribs I’ve been smoking an absolute ton of Brisket! 🥩 😋 I’ve incorporated some of this delicious smoked beef into a true Take & Bake Special! Say hello to these Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes!! Each spud weighs in at 20 ounces and is stuffed with hand-mashed cheesy potatoes….. annnnd LOTS of smoked bacon, brisket, cheddar jack, scallions, sour cream, and even more cheese! Each one of these joints is a complete meal unto itself!! 😋

‼️ BTW for scale- the aluminum tray used for these treats is a NINE INCH round!
