Jurassic Jack-o-Lantern will be ready for Halloween! Roasted pumpkin puree was added to the mash and the boil, along with pumpkin pie spices. It smelled just like pumpkin pie so hopefully it tastes as good when it's ready in October.

This is starting to be a habit. Brewed our Hefasaurus. Last year it was plum... this year is still a surprise, but a strong contender are the "still to be ripened" peaches from our backyard tree. Ready to drink towards the end of September.
