Good afternoon everyone.

Sorry for the last minute post, we unfortunately have to cancel pop-up tomorrow. We have have somethings to handle at the house.

We are rescheduling for Sunday August 30th, next Sunday, that way we will still fall to our 2nd and 4th Sundays in September.

We hope to see you on the 30th.

This weekend, we are thrilled to introduce an all-new addition to our menu: Fire-Roasted Tomato Pasta Salad with Chipotle Lime Vinaigrette.

​This dish joins our featured side lineup alongside our potato wedges, bacon avocado coleslaw, and grilled corn—giving you four great options to pair with our new sandwich combos.

Used AI to show you our new menu for this month's pop-ups, August 9th and 23rd.

This month we are bringing you a grilled menu we've never seen, so just like everything else we have put out be prepared for a unique menu you won't find any where else in Concord.

A grilled thick cut pork chop sandwich topped with our one of a kind porkmento cheese and creamy coleslaw.

A grilled chicken sandwich topped with our unique pepper jelly with crispy onions.

So be sure to come out to our normal spot, 96 Church St NE, Concord NC 28025, and grab one or both of these before we sell out.

Each combo will have two sides and a drink for only $16.

Miss Nikki does more than just desserts, she's like the team momma, keeping everyone, especially Boone, in line and still greats every customer with a smile. We couldn't do all this with out you Nikki, so from all of us at The Mysterious Pig, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Happy Wednesday Mysterious Pig family. We were scheduled for a pop-up this coming Sunday but due to our owners moving there personal residence this coming weekend we will have to cancel.

Don't worry we will be back with a new menu and desserts on August 9th.
