For those new to our little family let me first off say, welcome.

Let me tell you a little about The Mysterious Pig BBQ.

We are a small bbq pop-up and catering business located near the middle of downtown Concord NC.

BBQ with heart, flavor, and integrity

What started as a backyard hobby turned in to what we believe is a unique experience both in concept and in our food.

We believe that by us using a set up and tare down table and tent set up versus a traditional food truck allows you as the customer a way to see what other places conceal behind the curtain of a food truck. Plus it allows us to set up in spaces a food truck can not go, give us a 10x10 space and we're good to go without taking up the amount of space of a food truck.

Now as far as food concepts and flavor concepts we like to think we offer a spin on traditional without going to far out of the box that we loose the traditional bbq that we grew up on and love. But far enough outside of the box to give you dishes and flavors you won't find anywhere else.

We try our best to keep our prices low by buying as local as we can and also so you can get great food without breaking your bank. Unlike other places that have huge overhead they have to cover, all we have is rent at the commissary space we rent and food cost.

We strive to do as much as, if not everything from scratch. We don't do this just to be unique, we also do it so we can tell you everything from the first ingredient to the last exactly what your eating.

Don't worry everyone, we didn't forget our promise, our Sunday June 28th pop-up we're bringing corn on the cob as a side item.

We promise this will not be like corn on the cob everyone else in town is selling. This will be sweet, smoky, and packed full of flavor just like everything else in our menu.

So be sure to come see us at 96 Church St NE, Concord NC 28025 on June 28th from 12p-2p and grab some before we run out.

🚨 WE ARE BACK! 🚨
​The wait is officially over! The Mysterious Pig BBQ is making its return on Sunday, June 28th from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at our usual spot:
📍 96 Church St NE, Concord, NC 28025 (Right in Downtown!)

​We’re coming at you with a scaled-down, curated menu for this run, but don't worry—we are still packing TONS of that signature smoky flavor you've been missing.

​Keep your eyes peeled to our page over the next few days. We'll be dropping the menu details soon so you can plan your Sunday right and help us "wrap" up our time off the right way.

Im so sorry but unfortunately this past week we lost two employees and will not be having pop-up tomorrow.

But we promise as we figure out how to get back on our feet and run with a smaller staff we haven't forgot about you folks as customers.

We are looking to be back on our feet and putting out a new menu real soon and we promise it will be worth the wait so please stay with us as we are in this transition period.

Sorry for the last minute post folks, but due to somethings we've have working on behind the scenes, we are unable to open tomorrow.

Don't worry everyone at The Mysterious Pig BBQ is fine, we just let time get away from us this past week, and let things slip through the cracks, and because of this we feel like we would not be able to provide our level of customer service that you as customers deserve.

But we will be back soon with new items on the menu, please continue to check back soon and we promise we will be back at 100% before you know it.

Happy mother's day to all our supporters who are mom's.

A special shout out to our two employees who are also mom's, if you've been to one of our pop-ups then you know these two work hard to keep us(mainly Boone) in line and to make sure you as a customer get the best customer service possible.

Nikki and Haley we love you and couldn't do this without you.

​May 17th is creeping up fast, and we’re busy in the kitchen perfecting some brand-new menu items just for you!

​Don't worry—our fan-favorite Shredded Chicken and Pulled Pork plates are staying right where they are.

But, in true monthly fashion, we’re dropping two exclusive limited-time options that will only be available for the month of May.

Mark your calendars! Starting May 17th, we’re retiring the OG Clucker (again) to make room for the new heavyweight champion of Concord: THE FAT CHARLIE.

​We did the "research" (mostly just eating), and we promise—you won’t find a wrap like this anywhere else in town.

​The Build: Seasoned chicken, cherry tomatoes, fresh lettuce, red onion, and shredded cheese.

​The Kick: Jalapeños + our signature Deep-Fried Poblano Strips.
