We are thankful for the abundant rain this summer, but sure wish we could be as wrong as the weatherman and still have a job. This started out as beautiful 2nd cutting grass hay that would be for our calves. It was mowed on a Friday. No rain in the forecast until Wednesday, so we tedded and left lay to dry. It commenced to rain everyday for almost a week. It finally got baled and wrapped the following Friday with hopes we can get something to eat it. This farming thing sure can be fun some days.
