We have a few options available and can be flexible so if any requests feel free to ask.

Quarter: ~120 lbs, $1,500

Premium Quarter: ~135 lbs, $1,750 (has some additional steaks, brisket)

Half: ~220 lbs, $3,000

Denver steak is a flavorful and tender cut from the from the chuck. (Will likely be your favorite steak if you try it.)

Baseball steak is the center cut of a top sirloin. It is juicy and flavorful with classic steak profile. (It is like a filet, I prefer it over the filet.)
