This 10-month-old mead wasn't just for drinking... it was for dinner.

​Crispy chicken schnitzel smothered in a lemon cream sauce made with mead, fresh basil, parsley, and thyme.

The concentrated honey flavor is absolutely next-level. 🍯
​The dry character of the mead cut through the rich cream perfectly. The schnitzel was served with potatoes au gratin and hominy.
