Witchy Woods Farm We are a small farm nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. It is our goal to provide locally raised poultry and eggs to our community.

When it’s snowing outside and your bougie toddler wants oatmeal this is what happens. Witchy Woods Farm is all about the wholesome ingredients and we’re thankful that he can have oats without extra preservatives, safe sweeteners that won’t spike his blood sugar, and seasonal fruits that he loves. Most of all we are thankful we don’t have a picky eater.

We are adding more skills to our homesteading resume. Rendering lard and tallow are now part of our yearly duties. The lard came from a pig we purchased and had butchered (we plan on learning that skill soon) and the tallow came from our dear Ruthie. Ruthie had been at WWFMO since we moved here in 2022. She enjoyed our pastures and we gave her lots of love. In turn she is nourishing our family. We are thankful to her. Now that we have passed through the time of Samhain the days get shorter and colder. Remember to be frugal with what you have. Waste nothing. Especially your time and your warmth. Share those with the ones you value. Bring them to your hearth and let joy overflow. Blessings to you all.
