Branching off of the original Big Dipper BBQ in Apalachin, Big Dipper BBQ 2 offers the same traditional family recipes. Big Dipper BBQ 2 has offered friendly service and smiles to thousands in Conklin since opening day on June 4th, 2011. Serving our famous chicken, pulled pork, and ribs, we also operate a lovely ice cream stand. For all the Italian Beef lovers I have some sad news. I believe this is the last weekend we will have this sandwich. With as popular as the ribeye has become I believe we are going to focus on offering that more often so if you want the italian beef today is the day to get it

Well it isn't exactly a warm summer day out, however chicken from the open fire pit grill sounds good in any weather. Available 11-6 . Make it a chicken and rib combo. $ 30.50 for a half chicken half rack and 2 sides. Definitely serves 2 people, or 1 with leftovers or 1 who really likes Big Dipper 2 😊

So we sold out of ribs during lunch today Im thinking because of the post for the lunch special so Dan the chicken has more in the smoker they will be done about 3:30 and because we sold out so early we are going to extend the $14.75 1/3 rack lunch special for dinner as well. So come grab ribs while you can. Feel free to call ahead and reserve til 6!

Well folks, it looks like the few hours around lunch is gonna be the best part of the weather today so dont waste it, come grab a 1/3 rack lunch special. Only 14.75 for ribs and 2 sides ! Cheaper then the drive thru ....and its real food! Happy Friday all 😃
