🍕⚓An Important Update from The Pizza Boat⚓🍕
Well, friends… it’s time to tie up the dock lines for good.
After a few incredible seasons serving you on beautiful Conneaut Lake, The Pizza Boat will not be returning. We never thought saying goodbye to a pizza boat could be this hard — but here we are, a little teary-eyed and smelling faintly of garlic and lake water.
The truth is, life has taken our crew in some amazing new directions. We’ve got family members heading off to college to chase their dreams, and one of our own is trading the lake waves for ocean waves — setting sail with the United States Navy. We couldn’t be more proud of them, even if it does leave us a little short-handed (and a lot short-hearted).
Between an incredibly tough time finding reliable help and watching our team grow up and move on, we’ve made the bittersweet decision to close this chapter of The Pizza Boat story.
To every single person who flagged us down from a dock, paddled out in a kayak for a slice, or just waved from the shore — THANK YOU. You made every crazy, hot, sunburned, dough-tossing day worth it. Conneaut Lake, you welcomed us with open arms and full appetites, and we will never forget that.
Please continue to show up for all of the incredible local businesses in and around Conneaut Lake. This community is truly one of a kind, and it deserves your love and your dollars. 💛
