We are looking for a Store Manager at The Whole Darn Thing- Conneaut lake! ❤️🥪

As we continue to grow and make improvements at WDT, I’m looking for someone special to step into a leadership role and help keep our store running the way it should.

I’m not just looking for someone who can make a schedule or run a shift. I’m looking for someone who is:

⭐ Dependable and hardworking
⭐ Comfortable leading and holding a team accountable
⭐ Friendly and great with customers
⭐ Organized and able to keep things moving during busy times
⭐ Willing to jump in and work alongside the team
⭐ Someone who takes pride in the store and treats it like it matters

Restaurant or management experience is definitely a plus, but character, work ethic, reliability, and leadership matter just as much to me.
