We are looking for a Store Manager at The Whole Darn Thing- Conneaut lake! ❤️🥪

As we continue to grow and make improvements at WDT, I’m looking for someone special to step into a leadership role and help keep our store running the way it should.

I’m not just looking for someone who can make a schedule or run a shift. I’m looking for someone who is:

⭐ Dependable and hardworking
⭐ Comfortable leading and holding a team accountable
⭐ Friendly and great with customers
⭐ Organized and able to keep things moving during busy times
⭐ Willing to jump in and work alongside the team
⭐ Someone who takes pride in the store and treats it like it matters

Restaurant or management experience is definitely a plus, but character, work ethic, reliability, and leadership matter just as much to me.

If you know someone who would be an amazing fit, please tag them, share this post, or send them my way! Sometimes the best people come from a recommendation from someone who already knows how great they are.

And if you’re reading this thinking, “I could do that…” — I’d love to hear from you. ❤️

📩 Send us a private message to learn more or apply.

Please share and help me find the right person to help lead the next chapter of WDT!
