Quick Update to today’s menu

We know our Texas Twinkies are a truck favorite, and trust us… we love them just as much as you do! 🌶️🥓🔥

But with the recent jalapeño Salmonella outbreak, we’ve made the decision to temporarily take Texas Twinkies off the menu.

We’re not willing to take any chances when it comes to the health and safety of our customers. ❤️ As much as it hurts to say goodbye to them for now, keeping y’all safe comes first!

We’ll keep you posted and bring those cheesy, bacon-wrapped beauties back as soon as it’s safe to do so. 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported us on the 4th! The turnout was beyond anything we expected, and because of your incredible support, we SOLD OUT! While we’re sorry we ran out of food, we’re grateful for each and every one of you.

🚨 GOOD NEWS! 🚨

We’re coming back to Market Street Plaza on Friday, July 18 for the Love N Fire Concert, and this time we’re coming prepared! We’re firing up even MORE of your BBQ favorites, so don’t miss your chance to grab a plate.

🍖 Brisket is officially back on the menu!

And that’s not all… 👀 We’re bringing back a surprise fan favorite that was only available at Celebration in the Ville last year. If you know, you know!
