We are also surrounded by law firms so yeah, a little word-play on our friendly neighbors! Simply put, mead is honey wine. Honey and water fermented with yeast. It sounds simple however,r it can make many transformations with the addition of fruits, spices, or hops just to name a few. Depending on the style, you can drink it like a beer or sip it like a wine. It's up to you and your taste buds! Wh
