The Ferm Meadery Mead. Honeywine. Ambrosia. Nectar of the gods. Beverage of Kings! The Ferm: Short for fermentation because that is what we do! We ferment! What is Mead, anyhow?

We are also surrounded by law firms so yeah, a little word-play on our friendly neighbors! Simply put, mead is honey wine. Honey and water fermented with yeast. It sounds simple however,r it can make many transformations with the addition of fruits, spices, or hops just to name a few. Depending on the style, you can drink it like a beer or sip it like a wine. It's up to you and your taste buds! Wh

Standard strength between 12-14%

Session strength between 5-7% - Carbonated on tap

From dry to sweet, barrel aged, spiced or full fruit forward flavors, we do them all. We hope to see you when we open! We think you'll love it!!!
