I want to give a shout out to this company Wild Bills. I bought this salsa from the Galveston County Fair and I decided to use it as a marinade for a pork tenderloin. WOW!!! It was so good! I felt like I was in Mew Mexico having an authentic New Mexico dinner!!! I’m not sure how I can get more of this ….. but I need to figure it out! If you have the opportunity to find this guy I highly suggest buying g a jar or two!
