Southern Star Brewing Company is a craft brewery based in Conroe, Texas, focused on creating high-quality, approachable beers inspired by our community and the Piney Woods of Southeast Texas. Founded in 2008 with our first release, Pine Belt Pale Ale, Southern Star has grown to offer a diverse lineup including Bombshell Blonde Ale, Buried Hatchet Stout, and many others, all brewed at our state-of-the-art facility. 🦐 PEEL & POUR: SHRIMP CRAWL FESTIVAL 🦐

Peel, taste, and discover your new favorite shrimp boil—then explore our local vendors market!

Join us at Southern Star Brewing Company for an afternoon of shrimp, b**r, local vendors, and good vibes. Fifteen restaurants and cook teams will serve their signature shrimp boils, with flavors ranging from traditional Louisiana Cajun and Texas-style to Viet-Cajun and more.

Your ticket includes shrimp tastings from all 15 participating teams. Sample the different flavors and discover your new favorite!

🔥 Think your shrimp boil is Texas’s best? Teams will compete for a first-place cash prize of up to $1,000. The People’s Choice winner will also receive a cash prize and trophy. One team will be crowned Texas’s Best Shrimp Boil and earn the bragging rights!
