Happy national coffee day! Look, we know we've been slacking with our social media page as of late. With children, wedding planning, summer activities and any other thing that life has thrown our way, simply put, Ted and Pat have been busy. We've still been active with the business, we just haven't been advertising it on our page. But that changes today. Happy national cold brew day! 🧊☕

Did you know that cold brew is less bitter, has more caffeine and is easier on the stomach than traditional drip coffee? That's because the coffee grounds are steeped in cold water for 12-18 hours allowing it to extract the flavor compound while leaving behind the bitter oils and fatty acids. This slow steep process creates a smoother and sweeter coffee.
