Fleeting Reveries - 5.1%. Our 2026 crop of New Zealand hops are starting to arrive from the Southern Hemisphere so we are putting them to the test! We selected two lots of Nelson Sauvin hops this year. The first is an early pick lot and has passionfruit, white wine, and citrus notes. Our second lot was picked a few days later and leans more dank tropical fruit, black currant, and very slight diesel. We combined them both by using the former in the dry hop and the latter in the whirlpool. We also threw in a healthy dose of Citra and the result is this hazy pale ale with notes of grapefruit, lychee, mango, and white wine. This will be on tap starting this week!
