servings every day. The farm works closely with a nutritionist and veterinarian to formulate a balanced diet for the cows that blends the homegrown grasses and corn with other nutrients and grains to support the cows' health and production. It takes healthy cows to achieve the number one goal of producing milk of the highest quality.

June is National Dairy Month and June 1st is World Milk Day!

What started in 2011 has grown more than we could have imagined. At Contoocook Creamery, we built our own processing plant in 2019 right here on the farm, allowing us to bottle and process our milk.

Today, 100% of our milk is delivered within a three-hour radius, bringing fresh, local dairy directly from our family farm to our communities. Thank you for continued support and helping us celebrate the hardworking farmers, cows, and families behind all your favorite dairy products!

Holstein cows are easy to recognize by their classic markings and no two patterns are ever the same! Even their nose prints are unique. 🤍

We’ve been pleased to welcome several new calves to the farm over the past month! Visitors are always welcome to come say hello. 🐮

Guess what’s back 👀

The wait is finally over! Our team has been working hard behind the scenes bottling, prepping, and getting everything ready for deliveries.

You asked, we listened… and honestly, we’ve been just as excited as you to see our coffee milk return. Thank you for all the messages, patience, and love! 🤎

Tucker's loves keeping it local!

Their commitment to supporting local farms and producers means so much to us, and we’re proud to have our milk and half & half served at several of their locations. Partnerships like this help keep local agriculture thriving. 💛🐄

Today, Bram and Si are out chopping rye! 🚜

We plant winter rye as a cover crop in the fall to protect and build the soil between growing seasons. Its roots help reduce erosion, improve soil structure, and add organic matter back into the ground.

Then in spring, that same rye becomes high-quality feed for our cows. Rye is high in fiber, highly digestible, and helps support healthy rumens and milk production. A win for the land and the herd!
