As another tomato season comes to a close, we want to say thank you to everyone who stopped by Romes Home Grown this year. Whether you came for tomatoes, corn, pickled beets, or simply to visit for a while, we are truly grateful for your support.
While our tomato season has wrapped up, we’ll continue to have summer vegetables available from time to time, so be sure to keep an eye on our page.
This has been a special year for our family. We’ve been blessed to see the next generation come together in support of our founders and the legacy they began. Some have returned home to Romeville to live and work on the farm, while others continue to travel back and lend a helping hand whenever they can. No matter where life has taken us, we’re grateful to continue carrying on these traditions together.
This year, perhaps more than ever, has reminded us just how deeply rooted our family is in this community. Like many farming families, we’ve spent time reflecting on the future of our land and our community. Through every season, our goal remains the same: to be good stewards of the land we’ve been entrusted with, to be good neighbors, and to preserve this way of life for future generations.
Thank you for supporting local agriculture, local families, and Romes Home Grown. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue caring for this land and sharing its harvest with our community. We’ll see you again soon.
