Our hens have been slowing down on laying recently, between the weather/ molting/ predator attacks they have dropped production a ton.
That being said, I’m not sure how often I’ll have eggs in the fridge right now…When I put some in there though, I’ll be sure to make a post about it! Otherwise, there’s probably none in there.

Every time I get to make one of these posts, I’m reminded why I started Homestead Indiana in the first place.

Behind every one of these pins is a real person or family growing something, making something, baking something, or simply taking a chance on a little idea of their own. And now, they have another place for people to find them.

Seeing more and more of these small businesses pop up across Indiana never gets old. Some of you have been here watching this map grow from the beginning, and some of you just found us, but every share, recommendation, submission, and weekend spent visiting these stands has helped turn this into something much bigger than I ever imagined.
